How do I place an order?

To order one of Mythic's products, please click HERE. Doing so will send you to our current online point of sale system at Once there,  you will see pricing, detailed product info, and estimated shipping times.

What is the process for requesting a custom order or item?

Simple! Just follow this LINK and it will take you to our online submission form where you can go into detail about what you are looking for. Be sure to include as much detail and information as you can so we have a great place to start from!

My item isn't what I expected it to be. What can I do?

If it was a custom item, there isn't much that can be done as we would be unable to recirculate it back into stock. If it was a standard item, we are certainly available to discuss options with you :) Send us a MESSAGE and we'll get back to you asap!

How long will it take for my order to be completed and shipped?

There is no set answer to this. It really all depends on how busy we are and what time of year it is. For instance, if it's getting close to Christmas, then it will take much longer than in, say, June. But as gamers have no set 'season', we can still be busy year round. You best bet is to CONTACT US and ask what our current lead time is on all products.

Will each piece be identical to the image or will it be unique?

Designs will not change unless the order is a custom request. However, due to the nature of wood, every piece will be beautifully unique in its character, grain, weight, and natural color. The variations in natural color will minutely affect the coloring you choose but not to anywhere near an undesirable degree.

I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?

If you order was created to custom specifications, carved, and shipped, we do not accept returns. If you catch the mistake before we have begun machining, no problemo. We'll make the necessary changes/additions to make sure you get what you wanted in the first place.
